Matthew Cavanaugh

Matthew Cavanaugh is the current Property & Casualty Program Manager at SiriusPoint, starting in May 2022. Previously, Matthew worked at ProSight Specialty Insurance from March 2011 to June 2021, holding roles such as Structured Risk Executive, Program Manager for Excess Workers' Compensation, and Actuarial Manager. Matthew manages a team of three at SiriusPoint, handling specialty program business generating approximately $400 million in annual written premium. Matthew's responsibilities include determining rate indications, communicating results to senior leaders, filing rate changes, and monitoring rates. Matthew received their BS in Mathematics from Montclair State University in 2010.
