Şükran Bozdemir Cihan

Şükran Bozdemir Cihan currently serves as an Administrative Affairs Center of Excellence Specialist and a member of the Strategy and Sustainability Team at Şişecam since June 2022. Prior to this role, Şükran worked at Ford Otosan from December 2020 to June 2022, contributing as an HR Team Member and Social Sustainability Product Owner. Previous experience includes positions as an Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Assistant at SNOP from December 2017 to December 2020. Şükran holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Kocaeli University (2011-2020) and is pursuing additional Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and Industrial Engineering, respectively, through Anadolu University and Yalova University. Furthermore, Şükran completed a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Engineering at Erasmus Instituto Politechnico de Setubal (2012-2013).
