Edna Deloach

Edna DeLoach, M.Ed. HROD, MBI-CT, currently serves as the Manager of Customer Education and Training at SiteOne Landscape Supply, where responsibilities include leading the strategy, design, content development, implementation, and evaluation of SiteOne University. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Learning & Organizational Development Consultant at McKenney's, Inc., where Edna collaborated with senior leaders to enhance organizational talent development. Additional positions held include Learning Consultant at Chick-fil-A Corporate, where Edna managed leadership training initiatives, and various roles in Learning and Development at Hudson Highland Group/AON Hewitt and Hewitt Associates. Edna's extensive background includes developing and coordinating training programs across multiple industries. Edna holds a Master of Education in Human Resources Organizational Development from The University of Georgia and a BBA in Business Administration & Accounting from Oglethorpe University.
