Birgitta Angard

Birgitta Angard is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in cabin crew management and service operations. Since January 2013, Birgitta has served as the Head of Onboardcrew and Director of Service at SJ AB. Prior to this role, Birgitta held various leadership positions at Scandinavian Airlines, including Vice President of Cabin Management and Director of Cabin Crew, contributing significantly to cabin crew operations from August 2004 to March 2013. Additionally, Birgitta was the Director of Cabin Crew Training at SAS Flight Academy from January 2000 to August 2004. Birgitta's academic background includes studies in Prestationspsykologi from Växjö University and courses at Örebro University, Stockholm University, and The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences.
