Jonas Olsson

Jonas Olsson has extensive experience in real estate and property management, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate at SJ AB since August 2008. In this role, Jonas oversees the real estate unit, managing various aspects including property procurement, leasing and facility management agreements, investments, and tenders. Prior to SJ AB, Jonas held positions such as Facility and FM Manager at TP Group Sweden AB, Real Estate Consultant at Hi3G Access AB, and Project Leader for the Police Authority, accumulating valuable expertise in property-related projects. Jonas holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction and Property Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has also studied at Nottingham Trent University.
