Abdul Wahid Sathar

Abdul Wahid Sathar is an experienced account management professional currently serving as an Account Manager at Group SJR since February 2022. Previously, Abdul held various roles at Ogilvy Public Relations Sri Lanka from October 2014 to April 2021, culminating in the position of Account Director. Prior experience includes internships and contract positions with Kaiser & Partners, the United Nations Volunteers, Hemas Hospitals, Geometry Global, Wijeya Newspapers, and Standard Chartered Bank. Abdul has a diverse educational background, holding a Postgraduate Degree in Public Relations from Centennial College, an Executive MSc in Strategic Marketing from Asia e University, an MBA from the London School of Commerce, and a BA in Economics, English, and Demography from the University of Colombo, supplemented by a Certificate in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
