Ewen Bufton

Ewen Bufton is a seasoned performance coach with extensive experience in esports. Currently serving as a Performance Coach at SK Gaming since December 2022, Ewen provides performance support for both the LEC and Academy League of Legends teams, focusing on exercise, nutrition, recovery, and psychological strategies to enhance overall wellbeing. Prior to this role, Ewen worked as a Performance Manager at Guild Esports, offering support for rosters in Valorant, Rocket League, FIFA, and Fortnite, emphasizing methods for rest, nutrition, and psychology. Ewen also served as Performance Manager at EXCEL, managing the Academy League of Legends team and Fortnite roster. Ewen's background includes work experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant and earlier roles in the hospitality sector. Ewen holds a Master of Science in Sport Science and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Northampton.
