Dongwon Choi has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry, starting in 2004 at Intel Corporation as a Senior Process/Integration Engineer. Dongwon then joined Applied Materials in 2006 as a Process Technologist and later moved to AIXTRON AG in 2011 as a High-k Technology Team Manager. In 2014, they joined Lam Research as a Sr. Manager, specializing in Business Development & Customer Technologies. Currently, Dongwon is working at SK hynix as the Head of DRAM CVD/R&D Thin Film Process, also serving as the Managing Director.
Dongwon Choi earned a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1998 and 2003.
