Daniil Khanin

Daniil Khanin currently serves as a Legal Secondee at B-FLEXION since May 2025 and holds the position of M&A Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates since September 2019. Previous roles include Summer Associate at the same firm in 2018, Honors Student Intern in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2017, and Law Clerk at SoFi in 2017. Early career experiences also include a Judicial Intern position at the Northern District of New York in 2015 and a Research Intern role at the Institute for the Study of War in 2014. Daniil Khanin earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on International Politics from Georgetown University in 2016.
