Lisa Dykes Norton is an experienced professional with a strong background in IT and risk management. Lisa served as the Director of Risk Management and Compliance at Skagit Regional Health from 2013 onwards. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Information Officer at Valley General Hospital for 16 years, where they were responsible for IT planning, implementation, and support. Before their tenure at Valley General Hospital, they worked as an IS Manager at Trapac, where they oversaw the development and operation of information systems. Lisa began their career as the Manager of Data Processing at Seacon Terminals, Inc. in 1985.
Lisa Dykes Norton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Smartsheet Product Certified User in September 2020.
