Tomas Fabian

Tomas Fabian serves as the Executive Vice President Legal Counsel for Skanska Commercial Development Europe, overseeing legal matters in the Central and Eastern European region since December 2012. With a strong background in real estate and transactions, Tomas has managed significant divestments and acquisitions, including notable projects such as the Balabenka sale and the Riverview sale. Prior to current responsibilities, Tomas held various positions within Skanska, including General Counsel for CEE and Business Development Associate. Tomas's legal expertise is further underscored by experience at Dentons and the District Court for Prague 2, alongside a robust academic foundation with a PhD in Business Law and multiple law degrees from Charles University. Additional training includes the Skanska Top Executive Program focused on Customer Experience.
