Olesia Dzoba

Olesia Dzoba has a diverse range of work experience. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a journalist. In 2018, they transitioned into the field of IT recruitment, joining Jooble. Olesia managed the full-cycle recruiting process for both IT and non-IT positions, focused on creating a positive candidate experience, analyzing recruitment metrics, and participating in employer branding activities. In 2020, Olesia joined Blackwood Games as an IT Recruiter, where they continued to excel in managing the full-cycle recruiting process, overseeing candidate experience, and implementing process improvements. Currently, they are working at SKELAR as an IT Recruiter and also fulfills the role of Recruitment Team Lead.

Olesia Dzoba has a Master's degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
