Andy Halik has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Andy started their career as a Summer Intern at Pepper Construction Company in 2004. Andy then moved on to work for Lendlease as a Summer Intern from 2005 to 2007, where they later became a Project Engineer from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Lendlease.
In 2011, Andy joined Skender as a Project Engineer and gradually moved up the ranks. Andy served as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2016, where they successfully managed various construction projects. Andy then took on the role of Senior Project Manager at Skender from 2016 to 2020, showcasing their expertise in project management. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Project Executive, further honing their leadership skills. Currently, Andy holds the position of Vice President at Skender, where they lead the Interiors group, collaborating with project teams to deliver exceptional construction experiences and maximize value for clients.
Andy Halik attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
