Tina joined the payroll industry in 1989 soon after realizing that payroll and HR technology would become her passion. Tina later founded The Payroll Process which became the basis for Skillcloud HCM Solutions. She put a strong team of professionals around her specializing in the implementation and optimization of ADP Workforce Now technology along with outsourced HR support.
