Bill Waas

Bill has extensive experience focused on improving employee engagement and the employee experience. He is an instructor at Northwestern University and the Harvard Extension School.

With most estimates indicating that as much as 80% of employees do not feel engaged at work and a loss of over $650 billion in productivity, it is a topic that Bill is passionate about.
