Christina Rice

As the Labor Compliance Manager, Christina is responsible for supporting client success, labor compliance, data support for construction contractors, and construction workforce inquiries.

Before joining the SkillSmart team, Christina worked as the Operations Coordinator with Henkels & McCoy. She supported the contract with Purple Line Light Rail Transit Project and served as a point of contact between Henkels & McCoy and the subcontractors, providing timekeeping, daily reporting and certified payrolls.

Christina is family-oriented – she loves to spend her quality time with her family and friends. Rarely one to sit still, she stays involved with her children and community by being a member of her child’s PTA and volunteering at school. She enjoys live music and good food. Christina chooses love, laughter, and positivity in everything she does.
