Ali Rayfield

Ali Rayfield currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Coach Relations at AgileBrain and an Executive Coach at Skillsoft, with extensive experience in executive and team coaching dating back to January 2019 through AliRay Coaching & Consulting. Previously, Ali worked as an Executive Coach & Consultant at Liddell Consulting Group, focusing on leadership development and skills building. Ali has held leadership positions such as Chief Revenue Officer at Kiip and various roles at Millennial Media, contributing to sales strategies and regional leadership. As a Co-Chair of mBolden's Executive Women's Initiative, Ali has also supported women in leadership roles. The academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Scranton and further education at The Wharton School.
