Wesley Pan

Wesley Pan has worked in the software engineering field since 2000. Wesley began their career at BAE Systems as a Software Design Engineer 2 where they designed, implemented, and maintained Board Support Packages (BSPs) for a Fly-By-Wire system for the Boeing AH-64D Apache Longbow combat helicopter. Wesley then joined Raytheon Intelligence & Space in 2004 as a Senior Software Engineer 1, where they were responsible for porting system integrity software to new advanced systems intended for emerging foreign military markets. Wesley was promoted to Senior Software Engineer 2 and then Principal Software Engineer (Lead), where they managed a small System Integrity software team and was responsible for performing a major upgrade of the System Integrity software team's automated build scripting system. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Principal Software Engineer and assumed the Product Owner role whenever the Product Owner was unavailable. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Skyryse as a Senior Software Engineer - Flight Controls.

Wesley Pan attended the University of Southern California from 1999 to present, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering/Computer Science.
