Kristen Bergstrom

Kristen Bergstrom, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at SkyWater Technology, a position held since November 2024. Kristen also contributes as a Board Member for Ruff Start Rescue ® since June 2019. Previously, Kristen held the role of Vice President, Talent and Total Rewards at Tennant Company from November 2010 to October 2024, overseeing key areas such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Payroll. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at ATK from April 2007 to November 2010 and completing a Human Resources internship at St. Cloud Hospital in 2006-2007. Kristen earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2013 to 2016 and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Operations from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School from 2003 to 2007.
