Eric Finchem

Eric Finchem is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations - Fab Manager at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since April 2018, responsibilities include overseeing Process Engineering for the Woburn facility, new technology development, yield improvement, and testing. Prior to this, Eric held various leadership roles at M/A-COM Technology Solutions focusing on Test and Yield Engineering, and at Avago Technologies where responsibilities included Equipment Engineering. Eric’s foundational career encompasses significant tenures at TriQuint Semiconductor and Sarif, highlighting expertise in process development, product engineering, and equipment maintenance. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering & Material Science from Oregon State University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
