Rey Grimes is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Slalom Build since November 2019, Rey previously held significant leadership roles at Marriott International, where accomplishments included achieving high rankings in event satisfaction and guest satisfaction within food and beverage services. Prior to Marriott, Rey built a successful career at Omni Hotel at CNN Center, managing large teams and significant banquet revenues while developing staff and exceeding budgeted goals. Rey also consulted for various hospitality companies, enhancing operational efficiencies and generating revenue growth. A graduate of the University of Denver with a BSBA in Hospitality, Restaurant & Tourism Management, Rey is adept at fostering client relationships, ensuring high service standards, and driving team success.
