Mick Joneja

Mick Joneja is an experienced talent acquisition and workforce strategy professional, currently serving as the Senior Director of Workforce Strategy and Talent Acquisition at Sleep Number Corporation since November 2021. Joneja has a strong background in developing enterprise talent strategies, having previously held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Life Time Inc., where Joneja led a large team supporting over 150 fitness clubs across North America.
