Steph Kroeger

Steph Kroeger is a seasoned professional in the fitness and fashion industries, currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at SLT since May 2022, where responsibilities include coaching clients in Lagree Megaformer classes and ensuring safe exercise practices. Prior experience includes positions as a Group Fitness Instructor at Equinox and Pop Physique, along with various design roles at companies such as Tommy John, PVH Corp., and Haddad Brands, where skills in tech pack design, project management, and coordination of seasonal sampling processes were honed. Additionally, experience as a Marketing Specialist at Handcraft Mfg involved managing marketing operations and content creation. Steph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the University of Cincinnati, earned in 2014.
