Geoffrey Leonard

Geoffrey Leonard serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Smallstep, leading the go-to-market strategy during a significant growth phase, and also operates as the Founder & Principal at Incrementum LLC, where support is provided to SaaS startups in developing sales and marketing strategies. Previously, Geoffrey held the Chief Revenue Officer position at Social Mobile, focusing on scalable GTM models and managing a cross-functional team. At CleverTap, responsibilities included managing a 20-person team and driving strategy in the North American market, as well as serving as Vice President for North American Sales and for Leanplum, where oversight of sales strategies in both North and South America was key. Geoffrey's academic credentials include a degree in Strategic Management from Harvard University and a degree in Communications & Fine Arts from the University of Rhode Island.
