Muriel Declerck

Muriel Declerck has extensive experience in contact center management and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Contact Center at Smals since May 2021. Previously, Muriel held various managerial roles at AlphaCredit from January 2015 to May 2021, including Manager After Sales & Direct and Manager Direct Business. At BNP Paribas, from January 2005 to December 2014, Muriel was a Project Support Officer focused on incident management and quality control as Contact Centre Quality Manager, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Earlier experience includes positions at BNP Paribas Fortis and Quick Restaurants, where Muriel developed coaching and customer service skills.
