Somnoup (Sam) Yos is an accomplished professional in the field of IT and customer experience, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience and Digital Touchpoints at Smart Axiata since July 2018, after holding the position of Digital Touchpoints Manager. Prior to this role, Somnoup operated as an IT Business Consultant in a freelance capacity, specializing in IT system and digital marketing consultation. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Business Manager at KOSIGN, where key achievements included establishing business partnerships and facilitating product designs, as well as a significant tenure as IT Manager at IDP Education (Cambodia), where management of IT projects and infrastructure development were prominent. Somnoup holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology, along with Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science.
