Stephanie Brou Sharma

Stephanie Brou Sharma has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel for Smart Circle International since October 2011, with prior roles as Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Counsel. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial contracts, addressing employment law issues, managing litigation through outside counsel, and providing general legal research and counseling. Previous positions include Law Clerk at Rynn & Janowsky, LLP, where research focused on employment litigation, and as a Mediator at CSP Mediation Services, successfully facilitating resolutions for over thirty cases. Stephanie also gained experience as an Extern at the US Bankruptcy Court, reviewing motions and drafting recommendations, and completed law clerk roles in family law and with the Orange County District Attorney and the Children's Law Center of Los Angeles. Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Spanish, and Sociology from the University of Denver.
