Patricia Anne Silagpo is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Manager of HR Business Partnering at Smart Communications, Inc. since May 2016, where previous roles included HR Generalist and Talent Management Officer. Prior to this, Patricia held the position of Talent Management Assistant and Employee Relations Associate at Digitel Mobile Philippines Inc. from September 2013 to May 2016. Patricia began a career in human resources as an HR Assistant at Automatic Appliances Inc. from May 2012 to July 2013.
