Lee Bishop has extensive experience in talent management within the energy sector. Lee is currently the Managing Director at Smart4Energy, a provider of professional talent solutions globally. Prior to this, Lee held the role of Talent Director at EarthStream Global, specializing in delivering talent solutions across Africa and the Middle East. Lee also has experience in recruitment, sales, and talent management consultancy in various companies such as Michael Page and Imtech N.V. Lee holds a MSc in International HRM and a BA (Hons) in International Business from the University of Portsmouth.
