Valerie Masterman has worked in various roles since 2012. Valerie started at Four Hands as a Sales Support Specialist and later became a Sales Operations Specialist and Sales Support Manager. In 2019, they joined Smarter Sorting as a Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Support.
Valerie Masterman obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Jewelry from Buffalo State College between 2001 and 2007. In July 2019, they also obtained a certification in Marketing on Instagram from LinkedIn.
