Katariina Korhonen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Smartly.io since August 2023, Katariina leads global strategy, corporate development, and strategic partnerships. Previously, Katariina held the role of SVP Operations & Strategy at Aiven, where responsibilities included oversight of operations and finance, corporate development, and sustainability. Katariina's background includes significant roles at Smartly.io as Chief People Officer and General Counsel, along with earlier legal experience at Krogerus Attorneys Ltd and other law firms. Katariina holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Helsinki and has contributed to various organizations and initiatives in strategic roles.
