Dan Springer

Dan Springer serves as a Board Director at SmartNews since May 2024, contributing to the expansion of the online news provider in Japan and globally. As the Chief Executive Officer at DocuSign since January 2017, Dan also holds board memberships at UiPath and YearUp, as well as a trustee position at Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco. Previous leadership roles include Board Trustee at The Urban School of San Francisco and Chairman of the Board at Ansira. Dan's experience extends to positions as an Operating Partner at Advent International and a Lead Independent Director at YuMe. Dan holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard University and an Advanced Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from Occidental College.
