Radosław Jabłoński

Tomasz Rados is a financial officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Tomasz served as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. In addition to this role, Tomasz was a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023, supporting academic and professional development. Earlier experience includes positions at the European Defence Agency, European External Action Service, and various roles within the European Commission. Tomasz also presided over Network PL, an association fostering collaboration among Polish employees in international organizations, and worked at the Ministry of Economy and Labour in Poland. Educationally, Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
