Navneeth Sulakhe has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they serve as the Chief People Officer at SmartQ since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Innoviti Technologies from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2022, Navneeth held the position of Director - Human Resources at Chai Point, where they implemented strategic HR initiatives and built a performance-driven culture. Before that, they were the Head of Talent Management at Landmark Group from 2013 to 2020. Navneeth has also held various HR managerial roles at Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Reliance Retail, Arvind Fashions Limited, Tata Teleservices Ltd, HealthAsyst, and FirstRing India Pvt. Ltd in their earlier career.
Navneeth Sulakhe completed their Executive course in Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2015-2016. Navneeth obtained their MBA in Human Resources Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in 2000-2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Human Resources & Marketing from the KPHR Institute of Management Studies in 1998-2000. Navneeth completed their schooling at Carmel High School.
