Alex Tran

Alex Tran is a Software Test Developer at SMART Technologies, where responsibilities include collaborating on test requirements, translating requirements into testable designs, conducting exploratory and non-functional testing, and automating regression tests. Prior to this role, Alex served as an Educational Assistant at Kumon North America, Inc., teaching math to K-12 students, and held various positions in tutoring and teaching assistantship at the University of Saskatchewan. Additional experience includes working as a Data Analyst at Boortmalt, a Maintenance Co-op Student at Westmoreland Mining LLC, and a Summer Student in Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
