Pallav Saxena is an experienced leader in project management with a strong background in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as President of the Management Office for Projects at Smart World Developers since May 2021, Pallav previously held the position of Head of Projects for OYO's Co-Working & Offices division, where responsibilities included establishing project management processes and executing office expansions. With a comprehensive career starting in 2003 as a Senior Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited and progressing to Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, Pallav has managed significant projects, including over 50 million sqft in development advisory and approximately 35 million sqft in project planning at Lotus Greens Developers. Pallav holds advanced degrees in Construction Technology & Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and project financing from the University of Stuttgart, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from the Nirma Institute of Technology.
