Sita Toolan currently serves as the SVP of Innovation at SMBC Aviation Capital, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, Sita was a Senior Innovation Lead at Accenture's The Dock from May 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included leading the New Products and Services team to develop innovative solutions for global clients and managing multi-disciplinary teams through product development processes. Sita's earlier career at Accenture spanned from September 2004 to December 2015, including roles as a Senior Manager in the Customer Strategy Team and a Senior Consultant in Communications & Media Technology. Sita holds an MBS in Management Consultancy from Michael Smurfit School of Business, University College Dublin and a BSc in Management & French from Queen's University Belfast.
