Lynn Courville, SPHR has over 16 years of experience in human resources. Lynn most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Smile Doctors, where they were responsible for leading the HR function. Prior to that, Lynn held the same position at Pei Wei, overseeing a 16-member HR and Training team. Lynn also served as the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Mobile Mini Solutions, where they led an 11-member HR team. Lynn's earlier experience includes roles as the Director of Human Resources at National Construction Rentals and the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Mobile Storage Group. Throughout their career, Lynn has been involved in various areas of HR, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits, training, compensation, safety, and payroll. Lynn has experience working with both privately owned and publicly traded companies in the restaurant, portable storage, and site services industries. Lynn is a strategic leader who has been part of executive committees and has reported directly to CEOs and other top-level executives. Lynn holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification.
Lynn Courville, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Services Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Lynn also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Western International University. In addition, Courville has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute in June 2000.
