Vivian joined Smile Train's family in October 2021 as the inaugural Vice President of Human Resources. With 20+ years of experience in not-for-profit HR, Vivian leads Smile Train’s employee experience, talent acquisition, HR strategic planning, benefits, and training and development initiatives. Before joining Smile Train, Vivian served in HR leadership roles as Senior Director of HR for the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism and as the VP of HR for Acacia Systems, where she oversaw the departments directing HR functions for both large and small, national and international employee populations. Vivian has spearheaded several organizational change initiatives and has experience developing and creating HR departments. She sits on several cohorts for diversity and inclusion and organizational leadership. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Business Administration from The College of New Rochelle and certifications in HR, Mediation, and Employee Investigation.
