Currently serving as Commercial Manager at Smit Lamnalco since July 2012, Aaron has held various positions within the company, including Contract Manager for Townsville and Mackay, Contract Manager for Brisbane, Brisbane Operations Manager, and Brisbane Operations Supervisor. Prior to joining Smit Lamnalco, Aaron worked at Wilhelmsen Group from March 1995 to February 2008 as Operations Supervisor, contributing to a robust foundation in operational management.
