With a background in Chemistry and Biology, Grant has held key roles such as Director of Quality at Meridian Automotive Systems, Quality Manager at Day International, and Quality Assurance Manager at Milliken & Company. Grant has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Elon University. In their current role as Director Global Quality at Smiths Interconnect, Grant oversees global quality and HSE initiatives for the FOCOM business unit. Grant's expertise in lean tools and continual improvement has led to significant cost reductions and process enhancements throughout their career.
