Joe Walker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and loss prevention. Currently serving as the Technical Support Team Lead at Snap One since February 2017, Joe has previously held roles such as Tier 3 Technical Support Specialist. Prior to Snap One, Joe worked at Macy's from April 2011 to January 2017 as an Asset Protection Manager, focusing on loss reduction through investigations and technology. Joe began their career in loss prevention at Hecht's Department Stores, progressing to the position of Loss Prevention Manager. Joe's earlier experience includes a role as a Genius at Apple, where exceptional customer service and device repair were priorities. Educationally, Joe holds an Associate of Science degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Full Sail University.
