Thanos Kontoulis is an experienced professional in product design and e-commerce, currently serving as the Head of Experiences at snappi since October 2022. Previously, Thanos held positions as a Product Design Consultant at Quality & Reliability S.A. and as an Ecommerce Business Owner at the kinetic group of companies from February 2021 to October 2022. Thanos also contributed as a Product Design Lead at process integration predictive analytics during the same timeframe. As the founder of kineticdesign from January 2007 to October 2022, Thanos built a foundation in design practices. Educationally, Thanos holds a Management and Leadership degree from Athens University of Economics and Business and has specialized in Omnichannel and Customer Experience from the same institution.
