Tom Cabanski is an experienced technology executive with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as President/COO and CTO at SnapStream since September 2020, Tom leads a SaaS organization specializing in real-time audio and video search for news organizations, utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for organizational growth. Prior to this role, Tom held significant positions at The Home Depot as Technology Director, overseeing search and personalization efforts, and served as Chief Technology Officer at GCC, where leadership contributed to a successful acquisition by Home Depot. Tom's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Objective Advantage, which became a prominent digital printing workflow automation company. Additionally, Tom has experience co-founding internet startups and has a strong engineering background from tenures at various technology firms.

SnapStream makes television search technology used by organizations that want to put their finger on the pulse of TV. A cross between a DVR and a search engine, SnapStream's TV search appliances allows organizations to easily record and search thousands of hours of TV recordings.One SnapStream TV search engine can simultaneously record upto 10 TV shows and can internally store more than 17,000 hours of recordings.
