John Nicoll is an experienced professional in environmental and wilderness management, currently serving as a Wilderness Ranger for the National Park Service since April 2018. In addition to this role, John has been involved in Tram & Lift Operations at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort since October 2016. Previous experience includes working in Design and Advocacy at Casey Trees, where responsibilities included analyzing development plans and supporting tree canopy restoration efforts. Additionally, experience at American Plant focused on nursery sales and landscape design, while a role as Resident Intern and Manager at Prospect Rock Permaculture provided hands-on experience in organic farming and ecological design. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont, earned in 2014.
