Previously, David held the position of General Counsel at Vivid Seats and was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at TripAdvisor, where responsibilities included managing legal teams and oversight during significant corporate transitions. Early career experiences include roles as Senior Counsel at Invensys, Attorney at Takeda Oncology, and various positions at law firms. David Morris holds a JD from Boston University School of Law, an MBA from Suffolk University, an MS in Mass Communications from Boston University, and a BA from Brandeis University.
