Kristina Smiltnieks is a PECA at the Centre for Social Innovation, where Kristina helps improve internal processes. Before this role, Kristina worked as a DECA at the same company, acting as an ambassador and managing the Welcome Desk. Kristina also worked as a 3D Artist & Illustrator at Interaptix Augmented Reality, creating 3D models and illustrations for Augmented and Virtual Reality. Prior to that, Kristina was an Art Assistant at Sara Elizabeth Centre, assisting in arts-based programs for young adults with challenges. Kristina also interned as an Illustration & Graphic Design Intern at Factor[e] Design Initiative. Kristina holds a BAA in Illustration and Design from Sheridan College.
