Lilly Nguyen is an accomplished analytics developer intern at Charles Schwab since June 2025 and actively contributes as the director of special events and advocacy, as well as the director of community engagement for the Society of Women Engineers. Previously, Lilly held various roles, including data management research assistant at the Institute of Cognitive Science at the University of Colorado - Boulder and technology risk consultant at RSM US LLP. Additional experience includes internships as a professional experiences intern at the University of Colorado Boulder, software engineer intern at Northrop Grumman, and undergraduate research assistant at the ATLAS Institute at CU Boulder. Lilly also served as vice president of cultural events for the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers and worked as a food service worker at Modern Market. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science, Lilly has completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a minor in Creative Technology and Design, all from the University of Colorado Boulder.
