Maayan Cohen

Maayan Cohen is a Training and Development Coordinator at SodaStream International, Ltd. since June 2020, specializing in data-driven training management to enhance program effectiveness. Previous roles include QA-Customer Care and Suppliers Representative, where analysis of market feedback and supplier performance was key to ensuring service quality. At the Ministry of Education Israel, Maayan served as a Development Leader in an innovative learning project, designing impactful programs and leading the "StartUP Kids" initiative.
