Samuel Rosiaux

Samuel ROSIAUX currently serves as the VP of Global Supply Management - Food & Bev at Sodexo, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Samuel spent over two decades at Mars, holding various key positions including Global Sustainable Sourcing Director and Global Category Director. In these roles, Samuel led significant procurement efforts across multiple product segments, managing a $1.5 billion annual spend in animal proteins and fats while enhancing sourcing strategies and driving sustainable practices. Samuel's experience also encompasses leadership roles in Asia, where growth strategies were implemented for the Thailand business unit, encompassing various operational improvements and quality assurance initiatives across the region. In addition to a comprehensive procurement background, Samuel's educational credentials include studies at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers from 1991 to 1996.
